Help With Communication Plan template - Can't change columns in report
I am working with the Communication Plan template and in the "reports" I cannot change the columns to match the plan I built. It is grayed out and says I have to be an admin. I upgraded my plan and got a license but it still won't let me change it. Since I cannot match my summary reports to the categories and delivery methods I used in the plan, the dashboards won't line up. Any advise is welcomed.

Thank you! Hopefully this helps: The menu here is the template from "Internal Communications" that I used. The sheets this is supposed to feed from is in the dropdown but has customer information so I hid them.
There are two sheet summary reports; 1 for category of communication and the other is for delivery method. In the sheet my categories are "general communications, Event and Message from leaders. But this is what is populated in the report and it will not allow me to change it:
When I try to update the names (which I though would pull directly from my sheet), it has the rename grayed out.
Also, in the "Report: Upcoming Events it pulled everything from my sheet except content type and it won't let me enter anything. Is there a way I can see the source of where things are pulling from or tell it to pull from somewhere else?

Check the columns menu in the report to see if there are columns that have an error.

I'm not sure where to look for that. When I am in the specific column the last screen shot I had is what I see, but I dont see any errors anywhere that I can find.

Andree, I added you as admin to the workspace, were you able to look at it?

The issue is that the Template uses the Sheet Summary feature, and the Summary reports are based on that. (see below)
