Customization of Smartsheet URL

Is it possible to customize the Smartsheet form Link (the URL) or the outward facing link?

For instance, editing the link with the name of a form.

Could you please tell me more about "URL shortener service"? What purpose does it serve? Just shortens the length of URL?

Yes, I'd be happy to!

No, you can rename the URL. For example, for my company, a shortened link could look like this: wb.workform.com, which would open a link to request my services.

This is one of the most known services.
