How do I create dashboards for each of my department heads to see the tasks of their team?
I want to create 1 dashboard for each of my department heads to see all of their teams tasks across multiple sheets. (One for Finance, One for Implementation, One for Account management)

Create a report to rollup the different sheets into one report. Then create one version of that report for each of the dept heads (just add a filter). Then create one dashboard per head and park each report on the dashboard.

If you're looking to turn your information into a Chart Widget on a Dashboard, you'll need to use one level of Grouping and Summary in the Report. This is so that there are numbers to chart! 🙂
