Multi Select Column to Show as Individual Rows in Calendar App

Hi!

I'm trying to build a calendar for speakers assigned to a program. I really want to see a column of individual names and each program they're assigned to in a multi month view. The underlying sheet has the speakers in a multi-select column.

The issue is when I have more than one speaker assigned to a program/row, they're not parsed out in the calendar. For example I can see individual rows for Bob and Jane but then a combined row for Bob, Jane when they're assigned to the same program/row.

Under Data Grouping on the calendar, the custom category list order assigns each individual a colour and there's no instances of combined employees showing. It's only when you go to the calendar that it then doesn't separate them.

What trick am I missing in order to just be able to see a calendar for speakers and see where everyone is assigned by month?

Yeah I was hoping that wasn't the case but I can parent and child away! Thanks Paul :)
