What formula to use in order to count how many cells with any of the columns checked please?

    please try the following formula:

    =IFERROR(COUNTIFS([Navigator Engagement]:[Navigator Engagement], @cell = 1), "")

    =IFERROR(COUNTIFS([RN Engagement]:[Transplant Coordinator Engagement], @cell = 1), "")
