Is there a way to save, export or archive Notifications?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• For each workflow, you could have the Alert or similar copy to a log sheet

Forgot to mention, that your suggestion of a log sheet seems like an interesting solution.
I'm not sure how I get the notification to trigger entry into a log sheet, but I'll look into it.
