Hello. Like all of you, we have our customers that love to tell us their desired UX.

I start off with honesty. No tool is perfect, there are limitations and we will address the must haves and nice to haves respectively.

The biggest concern is addressing what value can Smartsheet bring that makes their work lives easier to navigate, communicate and execute.

I am so excited to start building Smartsheet WorkApp for a multi-layer dynamic Knowledge Base.

Then, really start flexing the oversight of Client Project oversight with Work Breakdown Schedule and Burndown.
