Is there a way to see if my sheet is being referenced?

I have a sheet I would like to delete but I want to make sure it is not being referenced or being pulled into a dashboard. Can I do that?

To see if data is being used on another sheet:

If you look at the cells you are thinking about deleting, you will see a little outward facing arrow if the data is used on another sheet (via a link or a formula).

If you see any arrows, and want to know where the cell is being used, click on the cell, a pop up will tell you where the data is being used (link or formula, or both):

I am not aware of how to check whether the sheet is being used in a row report (and that report is on a dashboard). Hoping someone else can answer that part.

You can see anything referencing the sheet with the cross-sheet arrows, but seeing if anything is connected to the dashboard isn't possible.
