Hyperlink to a cell in the same sheet

I have a project plan in progress and we have to add additional tasks as change orders which I am adding on the bottom of the sheet so that I can keep the estimated duration separate.

However I also want to keep track of these activities within the main project so that they are included in the group of activities in the project.

I am hoping that I could have a hyperlink as in Word so that the user can see the entry but on clicking on it, they are taken to the bottom of the sheet where this additional work is set out in detail.

It seems that the only hyperlinking that exists will take the user to another sheet, not the same sheet.

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

- Could have a row number so it's easy to jump to sections.
