Form entry data aligning with pre-entered data on grid
I track a lot incentive cards for my work. As I have began to use smartsheets, I think it will be better to track here. I purchase incentives in bulk quantities and distribute to staff to give to research participants.
If I enter all card numbers into the first two columns as below, I am wondering if I could utilize a form for the staff where as they are distributed to participants they can go to the form, enter the number, attach the form, etc. and have that automatically line up with row 1 for example instead of going into a new row 2.
If nothing else, I can have staff enter directly into the grid but would like to use a form if possible. Thank you!

Forms add rows to sheets. You can't update a row using a Form but you can update a row using an Update Request automation (which to the end user looks just like a form). Take a look at this and see if it will meet your needs:
