List of Same Project name with unique date.

I have four column as show in table below columns. I have one text/number column two date and one duration.

"I have nearly 500 projects in my database. Some of these projects share similar names, and among them, certain projects have distinct submission dates despite having the same name. I need to compile a list of project names where the submission dates are unique but the project names are the same. This list will help me calculate the average duration it takes for projects with identical names to get approved."

Hi there,

The easiest way to do this would be a Smartsheet report. Use the following settings

Sheet - Whatever the name of your sheet is

Columns - Project name, submission date, approval date. duration

Filter - None

Group - Project name

Summarize - Average of duration

Sort - by submission date.
