Printed Report not keeping sort order

I have a simple report that has a sort order selected. Works great on the screen, but when I print the report, the sorting seems to have a mind of its own. I cant find any rhyme or reason of what its sorting. Trying changing the sort to other columns, but no luck. The only think Ive been able to notice is that at least its consistent. No matter what I sort by, it still prints with the same order.

Have you tried PDF printing yet? I tried to print to pdf. The sorting works well as it is. Then you can print the pdf.

The sorting "error" is the same regardless of PDF or Excel.
