Is there a way to view the proof invite and resend it?

I am working with proofs for approvals. I often have to resend or the requests. Is there a way to review the email sent or resend?

I'm not quite sure I'm understanding your question. Could you provide some screenshots, maybe?

When working with proofs you send an original invite for review. I am asking if there is a way to resend this same invite? I often have to resend multiple times. I would like the wording to be consistent. I guess now that I think about it I could send one to myself and save it to resend. Just would be nice if there was a resend proof review option.

Another example why this would be nice is because it appears as the link to proofs expire when answered via email so I am often getting requests to resend.

You're correct, there currently isn't a way to "resend" the initial invite with your custom text duplicated. Your idea of sending a version to yourself is what I would have suggested!

Thanks Genevieve. I appreciate your feedback. Can you also tell me why the proof email times out or what the settings are around that. I am trying to use this for physicians and they are not happy when it doesn't work. Why is the proof timing out ?

Hi @lbiederman Smartsheet invitation links expire 30 days after the invitation is sent.
