All, I entered a support request April 8th. I've had zero contact from anyone within Smartsheet regarding my request. I cannot seem to find a phone number to actually call and talk to someone in Smartsheet. How do I get appropriate support for the questions we have?

Thank you for raising your experience with the Portal! I checked in with Support and due to the content of the ticket submission it was auto-routed to the Training team (not Technical Support) which is why there may have been a mix-up on the timings of your request.
If your account is licensed on a plan that has access to Phone support, you can find the number in your account within the Smartsheet application. Here's more information: Overview of Smartsheet support hours and resources
In the meantime, if you need help with more "how to" questions versus technical support (e.g. "this isn't working how it should"), then please feel free to post here in the Community! 🙂

Thank you Genevieve! Even if it is a "how to" vs a "break fix" - at least someone should have responded to the ticket. This is poor customer service - regardless of what plan I have or don't have.
Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
