Block Submissions According Quota Met

Hi!

I wanted to see if there is a way to block date submissions on a form if a quota has been met on the SmartSheet? For example, we are utilizing a form to submit for summer weeks. The max for each week is 4, so if a week already has 4 submitted, I would like the user to be blocked from submitting that date. Is there a way to do that? See screenshot below. In the example given, I would like to block submission of the week of 4/29/2024 to be submitted again by additional users since there is already 4 submitted for that week. Thank you!

There currently isn't a way to prevent Forms from being filled in based on the data selected - please add your vote to this related Product Idea.

Having your Form next to a Calendar to show the bookings visually is exactly what I would have suggested!

If your weeks are selected in a pull down and you know how to use the api you can do this by checking the submissions every x period of time and updating the pulldown to remove any choices that have 4 submissions already.
