DELETED NAMES FROM A SHEET

CLICKED THE COLUMN AND SOMEHOW DELETED THE NAMES FROM THE SHEET. YOU CAN SEE THEM ALL BY CLICKING THE ACTIVITY TAB. HOW CAN I REPLACE THEM IN THE SHEET?

In your Activity Log look for a Cells Changed message just before the last one (where you deleted the names), expand it to find a "Request Snapshot". This will give you an extract of all the details prior to the deletion. You can copy and paste the info from the extract onto your sheet.
