Agreed. Smartsheet does have a lot of upside. Although, I am now seeing the pitfalls where I am forced to integrate web content widgets with Lucidchart diagrams and PowerBi dashboards.

I am hoping that Smartsheet ups their data visualization capabilities because the market is too competitive not to address the current pitfalls.

Right now, I am still visualizing the process change, investment and company impact by swimlane.
