How to remove default contact lists that come with the templates?

Hey @ZIkki

You can delete the default contacts from the cells in the column and replace them with your own contacts. If those names are still appearing, double-click the column name and see if they're listed in the column properties.

Removing them from both the properties list and every cell in the sheet should remove them from your dropdown options. Here's more information: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/518335-assigning-people-to-a-task#toc-manage-which-contacts-appear-when-you-type-in-a-cell
