File links uploaded into Google form are garbled in Smartsheet

I have an existing Google form and one of the options is to attach files. When the form is submitted, the values I'm getting in Smartsheet are garbled, something like:

"0B6fDccPdKcYeY0tlcjJnVTlMYWM,0B6fDccPdKcYeQi1Malg1YXVDMmM,0B6fDccPdKcYeZkIxVURBU3hjbWc"

This column is supposed to be populated with Google Drive links. Has anyone come across this issue before? Thanks.

    Hi AJ,

    It may be that the google form is truncating or encrypting the link somehow. 

    I believe that google forms submit to a google sheet first, then that info submits to your sheet in Smartsheet. Try checking the google sheet the form submits to and seeing if the full link exists there.

    If the link is correct in the google sheet, reach out to our Support team to troubleshoot further.

    If the link isn't correct, you may need to work with google support to see what could be causing that behavior.

    Hi,



    I am having this exact same issue. I already checked the links in Google Sheets are they are all good. It's just in SmartSheet that they're garbled.

    Any update on this, or should I reach out to the Support team?
