Where did they go?


I have created a couple new templates with a workspace titled the same and they have disappeared in the Desktop app. I can log into the website and they are where they should be.

    Personally, I started with the Desktop app and used it for about 3 days before deciding that the website seemed to have fewer issues in general. I've definitely not experienced the issue you are describing, but just noting that I have come to prefer the website vs the app for having fewer issues.

    Newly created assets may take a little longer to appear in the Desktop app, but they should definitely be there same-day. Are they appearing now, after you've logged out then logged back in again?
