We occasionally get the same error message, we log out and in again and it typically fixes the issue. Should this happen again check here. https://status.smartsheet.com/ if there is no issue it could be with your own connection.

How can I ensure email notifications contain ALL changes?
I have a workflow set up to trigger when a particular column is edited. Problem is that the email alert only shows the first 20 items. How can I change this limitation or build a workaround to show all changes to the stakeholders. I can't use 'time of day' trigger because I need the column change to be part of the trigger.
