Is there a way to have report group items individually not by "Then by"?

I have a Master sheet that has a questionaire form that people respond as Yes or No to a number of questions.

I built a dashboard using a REPORT that group one column of the master sheet to COUNT the number of Yes and No for that one question.

Is there a way for me to do this in a more efficient way by having it under one REPORT rather than a REPORT for each column to display on my dashboard?

We have 40 questions and do I need to build 40 REPORTS to display on a dashboard?
