Multiple Submissions into one form

Is it possible to set up a form where an individual can list multiple submissions into a single form at once?

A form submission cannot make multiple rows, but you can at least set up the form settings to re-load the empty form page after each submission. I think you'll want to upvote & read through this idea post:

This is the current process I am running just was not sure if there was an additional way.
