How to show running total on graph beside monthly totals


I have a sheet where a property manager enters each time they get a lease and that sheet has monthly goals at the top for each month. That sheet has "helper" columns that allow me to have a summary sheet to show total leases and the monthly goal for each month. Then I graph it, that all works well. See below.

I'd like to add a running total to the graph on the left side of April that shows the total, to date of leases vs the total to date of the goals. What is the best way to do that?
