How to extract substring from a cell between certain characters in smartsheet

Here I have multiple hyphens(-) but i want to only extract the text between the left most hyphen and right most hyphen

For eg: Email-Apple-banana-mango-No Response is the string and I want to extract Apple-banana-mango

For this one you would use something more like this:

=MID([Column name]@row, FIND("-", [Column Name]@row) + 1, FIND("~", SUBSTITUTE([Column Name]@row, "-", "~", LEN([Column Name]@row) - LEN(SUBSTITUTE([Column Name]@row, "-", ""))) - (FIND("-", [Column Name]@row) + 1))
