Data Collection for Upcoming 12 month.

Is there any way in Smartsheet form where the users will be adding data for upcoming twelve months ? For Example, current month is may- 2024 and I want them to add data for June-2024 to May-2025. So, in the next month the field should be automatically update to July-2024 to June-2025.

So, If User select 2024 it should show users next 12 months, June-2024 to May-2025. And this from should be updated automatically for next month and so on…

You would have to manually rearrange the fields each month.
