Linked Cells Not Working

Hello everyone!

I have a sheet that is pulling data from other sheets via VLOOKUP functions. It has been working for months, but in the last couple of days none of them are working.

The function cells are locked and I am the only one who can edit them. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a known fix?

I appreciate everyone's time and insight!
