Arrows in a text row with other text.

I have created a sheet to track roadway sign damages and repairs.
I have text column where I add the message for each sign. I want to add an arrow in the text string. Currently it shows:
"Greenbo Lake / State Resort Park / (left arrow) 15 Miles"
The 'slash' / denotes a line break.
I want the (left arrow) to be an actual arrow, like a wingding.
Is there any way to make that happen?

You could use either UNICHAR or CHAR functions to insert special characters using either Unicode or the charset of your computer operating system:
