Form submission copy

Are you able to get a PDF copy of a form submission attached in your sheet? I know the person completing the form can be CC'd on the submission. However can an attachment of the form submission be put into the sheet or only populate the data cells in the sheet?

@hlj were you able to accomplish this? I would also like to add a pdf of the completed form in my spreadsheet but don't know where to start with Document Builder. Any tips you have would be great.
