Can automated emails be sent when a ticket is closed?
We have our ticketing set up in Smartsheets with a form we provide to the business to complete. Is it possible for those who have submitted the ticket to receive automated emails when the ticket is closed/resolved? Thank you!

I hope you're well and safe!Yes, you can set up an Alert that would trigger from something that indicates the ticket is closed.
