it would be really useful if each row can be a individual URL link.

You can find the link to a specific row by clicking on the 3 dots on the row menu:

The select "Properties".

The link is the last item.

Is that what you need?

thanks, however that opens up the whole sheet. i need users to see only a specific row with that link.
