Can You Include An Image Column in Document Builder?

Hi Smartsheets Community,

I have build a fillable PDF in order for me to use the Document Builder in one of my projects that I am working. In my sheet, I have an image column (see screen shot below). I have included that column as a field that I would like to be included in my Document Builder. When I run my Document Builder, instead of including the actual image, it includes a link to the image (see screen shot below). Does anyone know if Document Builder can include an actual image from a sheet?

Hi,

I hope you're well and safe!

Yes, you have to ensure that the field in the PDF is formatted as an image field.

You can map images in cells to image fields in a PDF, but make sure the field on the PDF is an image field, otherwise you’ll get the image filename when you generate the document.
