pull value if statement help

Hi Smartsheet Community,

I'm struggling with a formula. I am trying to pull the column 'Hiring Manager(s)' if the below conditions are met (below conditions are on another sheet)

'hierarchy' = 1

'Position Name' is an exact match

and offer status is not 'offer sent'

png 1 and 2 are the columns we want to reference and evaluate. we want to pull the values in 'Manager(s) Name' if hierarchy = 1, offer status is NOT 'offer sent', and position matches position in another sheet (the value in both sheets needs to be the same)
