Links from other sheets are not updating

Links from other sheets or schedules are not updating, do we have an issue? I had to relink the cells to get updated information.

Hi @Avinash Chandra,

I assume internet connection is ok at your place?!

As we cannot see what sheets and maybe functions you use let me say, that Smartsheet has limits

and if you get close or beyond these limits, issues like cells connected to other sheets via cell links or cross sheet formulas not updating can happen.

If this is the case reconsider your use of formulas and maybe divide big sheets into smaller sheets.

Thanks Stefan, Over here I shall provide you with a scenario:

Schedule have updated dates that flow into a master sheet using links. when we click the link, old data shows up, whereas if you open the schedule its all updated. Basically: update data is not flowing but why do we see two schedules, one with old data and other with updated data.

are your links individual cell links, or cross sheet formulas using VLOOKUP or INDEX & MATCH?
How many links? Did you check "manage references" in your sheet?

Bulk refreshing should work by reloading the browser without cache.
