Can I make my first task Start Date default to the date the sheet was created?

I'm using Control Center to provision new projects. I would like to make the new sheet's first task start on the day the project was created, and I can't figure out how to do it.

Any advice? tia!!

Add a new profile data field that can take a date from the Intake sheet or similar and then use dependencies or a formula to get that date to the first one.

Another idea I haven't tested could be adding a workflow to the sheet and using the Record a date action to register the date it was created.
