How to move specific rows from a smartsheet to a portfolio

Hi we're building a portfolio page that imports rows from other smartsheets. We would like to create a column named "Move to Portfolio" with a Y or N to choose from so that any rows with a Y will get imported into the portfolio. We're able to select rows/columns to do that but not sure how to go about specific rows we choose to want automatically based on the cell answer in the column.

You would use a Move Row or Copy Row automation.
