BASIC: Possibility modify suggestions in dropdown list

I would like to ask if is possible to modify the suggestions that are displayed in the dropdown list inside a form:

Because I nedd to have it in different lenguages.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

As a possible workaround, you could have multiple dropdown list columns (one for each language) and then use the logic in a form where they can select language.

Make sense?
