I am creating a workspace where I will be collecting the sales forecasting data. I have creating field in summery sheet, where I have created a date and checkbox.

Sales Reps are supposed to have an individual sheet and they will be filling date and check box, this date and check box I am using to see which sales rep has submitted the Forecasting,

My requirement is to have this Box unchecked after a while so that It is ready for the next forecasting. The forecasting is recurring activity in the business.
