Dashboard charts unable to display after owner transfer

I created a dashboard for another team based on reports all in the same workspace. Once I transferred ownership and they removed me, their dashboard now looks like this… How can we fix this without redoing the whole dashboard?

Hi @Nats.Rudy,

from your screenshot I'd say the source data is not accessible.

As you might know, to see data in a report requires the source sheet to be shared to that person at least as viewer.

So, if you transferred ownership of the dashboard and/or the report this did not change any sharing access for your source sheets.

I have had this problem before when transferring ownership. Have them create a copy of the workspace. They will be the owner of EVERYTHING in the new workspace which should show all widgets and whatnot, and (if desired) the original workspace becomes a back-up in case something gets messed up.
