changing the Row number for coommets?

Hello,

Is there a way to change the comments notification to show a Ticket ID number instead of the row number? So in the picture change the Row 441 to ticket ID 500?

IF you chose a custom Email Message you can do {{Column name}} to show the Ticket ID

This is for when we add a comment on the side of the sheet and can @ people to ask them or notify them. Is that email editable or are you saying that in the comment add the ticket ID?

or i guess the conversation part is the actual name of it

There currently isn't a way to change the Row Number being shown in a Conversations notification email. Please feel free to add your vote to this related Product Idea: Adding information to conversation / mentionning
