I have project teams of 10-20 people and each are assigned tasks. On a weekly basis, I want to auto-gen a user-specific report of their task items and send a request for updates on all items.
For example, every Tues at 11 am, I'd like to have a report generate that contains all assigned items where the % Done is less than 100%. I understand how to set up the report so it gen's a list for the current user.
What I want, though, is to send that list to the Current User so s/he can see all assigned Action Items. And then s/he can log into the sheet and update the items.
Otherwise, I'd have to send emails for individual task and with a long task list, it would be a hassle.
Can this be done? Other suggestions?
