Forms & Referencing Issues

Hello Everybody,

I am working on a sheet that takes the responses of my form and populates a weekly response sheet. From there the responses are referenced into another sheet that sums the values into a monthly summary. The problem I'm having is when I reference weeks for the future then the form response will not go into the correct place. So, the monthly summary doesn't get populated. I tried making responses go to the top of the sheet, but then the cells can't be referenced for the whole year just what has happened already. Does anybody have a solution to this issue?

Have you thought about using an Update Request automation instead?

Or you can use a formula to output a custom form URL that has the date pre-filled and use an Alert automation to send the link out on a regular basis with the appropriate date already in there?

How are you collecting it in the other sheet? Can you share a screenshot of that one, too?
