The only limitation unfortunately for Smartsheet mobile app access is to overall restrict it with conditional access, from what I'm able to find ( https://help.smartsheet.com/2483050/conditional-access ). Else there aren't any other solutions currently visible within Smartsheet's current documentation.

However, as a mobile app user myself (on Android), I haven't actually been able to find a way to actually download or export Smartsheet files currently.
