Any tips on how to ask to be transferred to a new Account Manager?

Our account was transferred over to a new account manager, and all of the interactions so far have been quite frustrating.
Has anyone been successful in requesting a transfer to a different AM? And if so, how did you go about it?

Is there a RACI template that Smartsheets already has or does anyone have any suggestions?
Can a contact list field open the contact List in a form like it does in a sheet?
