Sheet or Folder sharing without sharing workspace

Hi,

I have a folder of sheets, which I need to share with a group of people where some have Smartsheet account and some doesn't. I want them to have "edit and cannot share" access to the sheet and also people out of the organization should NOT be able to access the sheet. What is the best possible way of sharing?
