How to auto check the Checkbox based on multiple value Column

What formula i can put into the following column cells so that the checkbox could be auto checked based on the multiple values in the Column "Program“?

Try something like this. (Update the criteria for each column)

=IF(CONTAINS("AML", Program@row), 1)
