Automatically open attachments

When my team opened an attachement from a row, it automatically opened it, now they have to go to the download folder and open it

Hi @Egbert van Deurzen,

The only way an attached file gets to the user's downloads folder is if the user selects to download the file. If you just click the file or select open, then the file opens automatically.

And when it is downloaded it normally opens the document right away, but from Smartsheet is does not
