Attachments in Form

Is there a way to have attachments embedded in a Form? I am sending out a link to a Form and I would like the Form to include attachments that the recipients can download.

I haven't been able to do that as part of native functionality within Smartsheet. It's pretty simple with a third-party cloud storage service though (OneDrive, iCloud, Sharepoint, or anything like that - once the file for download is in one of those services, just use that service to generate a publicly accessible download link, and include that link somewhere on the form. (I use the Form Title/Description for links.)

Here's hoping someone has had success doing this directly without a third party solution!
