How can I share my pro plan license with my team members?

My team member already has purchased Pro license and tried to share pro plan license with me but it says that I need to upgrade plan. In Pro license it says that 10 users (with edit access) can be added and we get 10 licenses, so why am I not able to access? Sharing screenshots for your reference.

How many Licenses did you purchase? The Pro Plan is the plan type that can have up to 10 Licensed editors shared to your assets. The number of licenses purchased on the Pro Plan varies between 1-10.
