combining formulas is not working

this results in 51 records found: =COUNTIFS({Campaigns Status Count Range}, HAS(@cell, [Primary Column]@row))

this results in 78 records found: =COUNTIFS({Campaigns Range 1}, "Not Started")

this says #incorrect argument set: =COUNTIFS({Campaigns Status Count Range}, HAS(@cell, [Primary Column]@row), {Campaigns Range 1}, "Not Started")

how come?

ignore, i just forced all the ranges to be single columns (so not exactly a range) and it worked? idk, whatever
